A collection of my most notable projects to date within a portfolio that documents who I have become, are becoming, and will become over time. HOST Narratives
Humans of Storytelling (HOST) is a combination of Humans of New York-style interviews and an image inspired by Molly Bang, to learn of the subjects experience with storytelling and picturebooks.
Frame & Case Essay
A text-based use of a scholarly or theoretical texts (frame) to examine a textual artifact (case) through the lens of the frame's ideas. The frame expands engagement with HOST narratives.
Remix Video Montage
In this new age, we tend to focus on the complications of life and forget the nostalgic feelings brought about in our youth and childhood stories that have shaped us into the people we are today. The video makes an emotional appeal/social commentary on how to rewrite our stories with distinction and unite viewers watching. Although we live our own separate lives vividly and complexly, our unity is centered in the “Stories that Write Us”.
Curation - Research Proposals
A portfolio within a portfolio that documents my Curation projects and processes with regard to past research proposals framed, studied, and/or in the process of study across various interdisciplinary fields of exploration.
Curation - Humanitarian Participation
A portfolio within a portfolio that documents my Curation projects and processes with regard to past philanthropic volunteerism and extension of my global citizenship participated in and/or in the process of participation in various countries/continents.
Curation - Artistic Endeavors
A portfolio within a portfolio that documents my Curation projects and processes with regard to past artistic endeavors participated in and/or in the process of participation, I am most proud of.
